Com a propietari de l&#8217;habitatge pot requerir l&#8217;inquil\u00ed perqu\u00e8 cessi en aquestes activitats i en el cas de no acceptar el requeriment procedir a la resoluci\u00f3 del mateix. El problema rau en poder demostrar aquestes activitats.<\/p>\n<p>Normalment les mateixes no passen desapercebudes i, com en aquest cas, solen ser posades de manifest pels ve\u00efns a trav\u00e9s de les corresponents den\u00fancies policials o reclamacions al propietari. S\u00ed que s\u00f3n manifestes comportessin multes a l&#8217;inquil\u00ed i s\u00ed a m\u00e9s es demostra que en l&#8217;habitatge es realitzaven activitats il\u00b7l\u00edcites pot fins i tot precintar l&#8217;habitatge per ordre judicial<\/p>\n<p>En aquest cas la responsabilitat del propietari \u00e9s limitada; \u00e9s cert que no \u00e9s responsable de les activitats que es practiquessin per l&#8217;inquil\u00ed en l&#8217;habitatge sense el seu coneixement, per\u00f2 si \u00e9s cert que es pot veure afectat col\u00b7lateralment per les decisions judicials que s&#8217;adoptin, aix\u00ed el precinte de l&#8217;habitatge comportar\u00e0, durant el temps que duri, la impossibilitat que l&#8217;amo de la finca pugui disposar de l&#8217;habitatge i per tant tornar-la a llogar, sense perjudici que amb posterioritat es puguin reclamar per aquest motiu responsabilitat civil a l&#8217;inquil\u00ed culpable de la situaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Llei d&#8217;arrendaments urbans estableix entre les causes de resoluci\u00f3 del contracte d&#8217;arrendament la realitzaci\u00f3 en l&#8217;habitatge d&#8217;activitats sorolloses o insalubres.
